Blueberry Coffee Cake

Cream
2 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup shortening

Rotate adding in
5 eggs
4 1/2 cups milk

Sift in
6 cups flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Sprinkle with frozen blueberries

In a separate bowl, mix
3 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups butter - melted
crumble over top of cake

Bake at 325, 1 hour
